I'm Gunta, a long-time resident of Warrington. In my free time, I bake cakes and other traditional Latvian treats. If you have an upcoming celebration, birthday, or just a sweet tooth, I bake everything from the heart: Bacon Pastries (Pīrādziņi), Sheet Cakes (Plātsmaizes), Honey Cake (Medus kūka), Meringue-Peanut Cake (Cielaviņa), and traditional country cakes.
